This project is run by Cocky, our VSO volunteer.  She is empowering the girls to coach their own football teams.  She is also trying to make our teams stronger so that when we play outside Kilifi we can compete with the best teams in Kenya, Africa and even the rest of the world

MTGK footballers are encouraged to coach their own teams.
In 2005 40 girls have been trained to become football coaches. Ten of them have become coaches of coaches. They are conducting football coaching programmes for 60 new coaches in their own divisions. MTGK wants every team to have an enthusiastic and qualified coach.
