Football for Hope return tournament

The Football for Hope delegation members shared their experiences with their team mates in Kilifi during the Football for Hope return tournament. Three boys and four girls team from Ganze, Kaloleni and Bahari participated in a tournament that was played according to the Football for Hope Festival principles. The teams played five versus five, in mixed teams and they were named after MTG's opponents during the FFH tournament in South Africa. Basic rules were set and the FFH boys and girls led the pre and post match meetings and facilitated the fair play points awarding. The FFH team shared more of their stories during a picture show.

The day was co sponsored by the Imperial Bank and supported by the The World of Difference volunteers team. They gave prices to the winners of the tournament and the team that won the fair play prize. Players and officials enjoyed the event, although it rained all day, and took the opportunity to learn from the FFH team's experiences.
